By accessing or using Zenful Foot Zoning, LLC’s website (ZenfulFootZoning.com) or services (“ZFZ”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“TOS”). If you do not agree, please do not use the site or services.

2. Services Provided
ZFZ offers information, opinions, design products, and inspiration via its website. Services may include mobile apps, downloadable tools, and social media content. These may change at any time without notice. Continued use of the site implies acceptance of any updates.

All services are provided “as is,” and ZFZ is not responsible for delays, data loss, or service interruptions.

3. Registration Requirements
Users must be at least 18 years old to register. By registering, you agree to:

False information may result in account termination. Children under 13 may only access services via a parent- or guardian-controlled “family” account.

  4. Contributions become the sole property of ZFZ.

  5. You are not entitled to compensation or reimbursement.

INDEMNITY
You agree to hold ZFZ and its affiliates harmless from any claims, including legal fees, arising from content you submit or your use of our Services, violation of these terms, or infringement of others’ rights.

COMMERCIAL USE
You may not copy, sell, or exploit any part of ZFZ’s Services for commercial purposes.

USE & STORAGE
ZFZ may set limits on service use (e.g., message size, storage space) and is not responsible for lost or deleted data. Inactive accounts may be removed. You consent to ZFZ storing communications on its servers.

MODIFICATIONS
ZFZ may modify or discontinue Services at any time without notice and is not liable for any resulting impact.

TERMINATION
ZFZ reserves the right to terminate your access at any time, with or without cause.

ADVERTISERS
Dealings with advertisers on ZFZ are solely between you and them. ZFZ is not liable for any resulting loss or damages.

DISCLAIMERS

  1. ZFZ does not diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions.

  2. Use of Services is at your own risk. Services are provided “as is” without warranties.

  3. ZFZ makes no guarantees about service reliability, accuracy, or performance.

  4. You accept all risks of downloading or using content.

  5. No advice from ZFZ creates a warranty.

  6. Use of Services may trigger seizures in sensitive individuals. Consult a doctor if symptoms occur.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
ZFZ is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss or profit loss, even if advised of the possibility. This includes, but isn’t limited to:

  • Inability to use Services

  • Cost of substitutes

  • Unauthorized access to data

  • Conduct of third parties

  • Other service-related issues

FINANCIAL INFORMATION
ZFZ content is for informational purposes only and not intended for investment decisions. Use at your own risk.

PAYMENT
Payment is due at the time of service.

NOTICE
ZFZ may send notices via email, text, website, or other means. By agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge receipt of such notices.

TRADEMARKS
ZFZ trademarks and content remain the property of ZFZ. Third-party trademarks are owned by their respective holders.

CLOSED CAPTIONING

ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms constitute the full agreement between you and ZFZ and override any prior versions. Additional terms may apply for other ZFZ or third-party services.
